Refund policy

At Mini Kids, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and unwashed
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Please note:

• Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong items
• Sale or clearance items may not qualify for refund or exchange
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.
